Design type
Flat-bottomed bags: Developed from stand-up pouches, these bags have a square bottom and can stand upright. Flat-bottomed bags have a more three-dimensional appearance, with three surfaces (front, sides, and bottom), offering more printing space and product display area than stand-up pouches, thereby attracting more consumer attention. Octagonal sealed bags are suitable for packaging coffee beans, tea, nuts, dried fruits, and pet snacks.
Material selection

2. BOPP/VMCPP double-layer composite material: oil-resistant, oxygen-barrier, light-blocking, good rigidity. Suitable for potato chips, fried foods, and dried foods.
3. BOPP/LDPE two-layer composite material: Cold-resistant, high low-temperature heat seal strength. Suitable for instant noodles, snacks, frozen desserts, and powder packaging.
4. BOPP/VMCPP/LLDPE three-layer composite material: Moisture-proof, oxygen-barrier, light-blocking. Suitable for rice-based snacks and tea.
5. PET/CPP two-layer composite material: moisture-proof, aroma-retaining, and heat-resistant. Suitable for alcoholic beverages, aromatic foods, and frozen dumplings.
6. Aluminum-coated aluminum foil bags: suitable for packaging products that should not be exposed to moisture and require high dryness, such as powdered foods or medications, food additives, and vacuum-packed cooked foods and meats.
When selecting snack packaging bags, in addition to design and material, the following factors should also be considered:
1. Safety: Ensure that the packaging bags comply with food safety standards and are non-toxic and harmless.
2. Environmental friendliness: Choose biodegradable or easily recyclable packaging materials to reduce environmental pollution.
3. Printing quality: The information printed on the packaging bags should be clear, accurate, and comply with relevant regulations.
