Material type

1. Polyethylene (PE): Includes types such as high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, and linear low-density polyethylene. Its characteristics include high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, good sealing performance, and chemical corrosion resistance. It is suitable for high-temperature environments and is widely used in food packaging, including juice packaging.

2. Polypropylene (PP): Has characteristics such as breathability, transparency, and high processability. It is primarily used as a coating on films and other composite materials (such as cellulose acetate and aluminium foil) for beverage packaging containers, etc.

3. Polyester (PET): It has good crystallinity, is colourless, odourless, and non-toxic. Food packaging containers made from polyester materials have a high-gloss surface similar to glass, making them widely suitable for packaging hot beverages such as tea.

4. Nylon: A high-performance synthetic fibre material with excellent abrasion resistance, tear strength, and barrier properties. It is commonly used to make packaging bags for juice beverages with high barrier property requirements.

5. Aluminium foil: A metallic packaging material with excellent barrier and light-blocking properties, effectively protecting juice beverages from factors such as light and oxygen, thereby extending shelf life.

Production process

1. Raw material preparation: Select suitable raw materials for juice packaging, such as food-grade PE, PP, PET, etc.

2. Blown film or cast film: Use blown film or cast film processes to convert raw materials into film.

3. Printing: Print patterns and text on the film to convey brand information and attract consumers.

4. Laminating: Laminate different materials together as needed to enhance the barrier properties and mechanical strength of the packaging bags.

5. Bag Making: Use a bag-making machine to convert the laminated film into packaging bags.

6. Sealing and Cutting: Use a cutting machine to seal and cut the filled juice beverage packaging bags, making them convenient for consumers to use.
