Material Structure

Multi-layer composite: Typically uses composite structures such as PET/AL/CPE or PET/AL/NY (PA)/CPE, i.e., polyester/aluminium foil/polyethylene film or polyester/aluminium foil/nylon film/polyethylene film. This structure combines the advantages of each layer, giving the freshness-preserving bag excellent overall performance.

Food-Grade Materials: Food-grade aluminium foil and related plastic films are used, compliant with food safety standards, non-toxic and odourless, and safe for direct contact with fresh ingredients, ensuring safe use.

Physical properties

Strong barrier properties: Effectively blocks oxygen, moisture, odours, and light, preventing food oxidation, moisture absorption, odour transfer, and degradation caused by light exposure, thereby extending the shelf life of food. For example, storing nuts in aluminium foil preservation bags can maintain their crisp texture for an extended period.

Excellent light-blocking properties: Aluminium foil has a strong light-reflecting ability, with a reflectivity rate of over 95%, blocking UV rays and other factors that can damage food nutrients. It is suitable for packaging light-sensitive foods such as coffee beans and tea leaves.

High and low temperature resistance: Maintains stable form within a temperature range of -40°C to 120°C, without deformation or shrinkage. It can withstand the low temperatures of a freezer and maintain stable performance during short-term high-temperature heating, such as when used in a microwave oven according to the instructions, without cracking or melting.

Excellent oil resistance: For oily foods such as meat and fried foods, it has good resistance, preventing oil from seeping out and maintaining the cleanliness of the bag's surface and its integrity.

Strong mechanical properties: Compared to ordinary plastic bags, aluminium foil food storage bags have superior puncture resistance and tear resistance, providing better protection for food. They are less likely to be punctured or torn by sharp objects, reducing the risk of spoilage due to damage.

Good flexibility: Easy to fold and store, they can be shaped as needed and will not easily tear during folding or use, making them convenient to handle.
